Business Optimization · Treasure Coast, FL
At pivot, our goal is simple. We start by learning about you and your business, then work alongside you to find those small victories. Our aim is to help you put time back in your day, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most.
The First Step
The CIOverview is our version of what every new CIO does on day one: take a hard look at what's actually in place before making any recommendations.
Before we can help your business, we need to understand your business. The CIOverview gives us a clear, structured picture of where your business stands today, so every recommendation we make is grounded in your reality, not a guess.
Start a ConversationWhat We Cover
Technology Infrastructure
Desktop, laptop, and server environment: what you're running, how it's connected, and where it may be holding you back.
Current Integrations and Tools
The software and services you rely on, how they communicate, and where the gaps are.
Business Goals and Priorities
Where you want to go and what's getting in the way, so we know what success looks like for your business.
Cybersecurity Resiliency
A practical look at your exposure, not to scare you, but to make sure the foundation is solid before we build on it.
Feedback, Next Steps, and Quick Wins
You leave with a clear picture of where things stand and a prioritized list of what to tackle first.
What We Do
Connect your tools, automate your routing, and eliminate the manual data entry that's eating your team's time.
We map how your business actually runs today, then pinpoint the bottlenecks and handoffs that quietly cost you time.
Get the IT leadership perspective without the full-time IT hire. We help you make smarter technology decisions.
Once we know where the friction is, we redesign how the work gets done, with or without new technology.
"Just because we've always done it this way
doesn't mean we have to."

Chief Optimization Officer · CGCIO
With over two decades of enterprise IT experience, I have dedicated my career to modernizing systems and driving efficiency. I hold a Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) designation, and as a former public sector executive, I spent years building and automating complex workflows at a massive scale. Ultimately, I left the government sector because I was seeking the exact same operational freedom that most small businesses are looking for. I wanted the flexibility to focus on what is truly important.
Building pivot allows me to work directly within the community I call home. I am passionate about applying my enterprise expertise to help fellow local business owners operate smarter.
About pivot
I started pivot to help small businesses discover efficiencies, giving you the time to focus on what matters most.
I have spent the last two decades working within enterprise technology and strategic leadership. Serving as a Chief Information Officer in the public sector required modernizing legacy systems, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, and aligning complex technology with stringent organizational goals. Government entities rely on dedicated teams to integrate artificial intelligence, build efficient infrastructure, and streamline operations. Small businesses face the exact same need for efficiency, but rarely have the luxury of a dedicated technical team.
As a business grows, daily processes naturally become more complex, and manual workarounds often take over just to keep pace. At pivot, I look objectively at your daily operations to identify where tasks can be automated and what processes can be improved. My goal is to optimize your current workflows, giving you the freedom to focus on the future.
You did not start a business to spend hours on repetitive, manual tasks. I take the exact principles used to lead and scale cross-functional teams and apply them directly to your daily operations. By streamlining your processes, I give you the freedom to focus on growth, your customers, and the work you actually love.
